DETAILS

ITEM MODEL: Ambios Quesant Q-Scope 350 SPM. This listing is for the complete AFM system, including software.

CONDITION: Used and working. We have tested this system by performing a sample scan. Please view all pictures, as well as the video below of us performing the sample scan with this system.

DESCRIPTION: This Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) / Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM) System was manufactured by Ambios Technology/Quesant (company acquired by KLA Tencor in 2010). This sale includes ALL the components and software required to operate this system, as well as many accessories and extra probes. This AFM system was previously used by a manufacturer of precision oscillators, and was purchased new in 2007.
